1. Subscribe to the annual Goods in Transit Insurance Policy by Zurich General Insurance Company Berhad.
2. Fill in the details of your company.
3. We will contact you within 1 working day to finalize the insurance requirements.
4. Email confirmation will be sent within minutes upon successful payment.

The annual insurance coverage start 14 days from the date of successful payment including public holidays and weekends.

14 days from date of payment, insurance policy will be issued and e-mailed to you. You will receive soft copy

As you are purchasing the insurance on an annual basis, you would not need to declare for each and every delivery package.

You need the following documents:

1. Original policy or certificate of insurance
2. Copy of invoice and packing lists or weight note
3. Forwarder’s delivery order
4. Custom declaration form
5. QC report on extend of damages and quantities affected ( applicable for materials, semi-finished and finished goods)
6. Technical/Damage report on extend of damages (applicable for machinery)
7. Repair/Replacement bill(s) where applicable
8. Claim bill less salvage fee
9. The list of documents is non exhaustive and the insurance company reserve the right to ask more documents if needed

Senang believes that logistics Insurance shouldn’t be expensive, should be hassle free, fast and easy.

There are three (3) packages to choose from with maximum carrying per item of Rm 5,000.00

1. Package 1 with premium of Rm 500.00 excluding 6% SST
2. Package 2 with premium of Rm 800.00 excluding 6% SST
3. Package 3 with premium of Rm 1,200.00 excluding 6% SST

Yes, as Senang have the rights to reject your proposal in the first 14 days if the underwriting information is not satisfied. You will be notified via an official e-mail within 7 working days from the date of payment in event the insurance is not approved by insurance company. Payment will be refunded within 7 working days from date of email notification

You are able to cancel your insurance policy within 14 working days with no penalty charges incurred
